therapy, etc.

I am a therapist who specializes in trauma and neurodiversity. I am open to questions about who I am - my professional background, my identity, my preferred modalities, my way of being in the work. If there is anything you are wondering, ask me.

Whatever you are struggling with, your system is trying to tell you something.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, lost, foggy, hopeless, tense, anxious, disconnected, stuck…

If you are endlessly self-critical, chronically misunderstood, unsure of who you are at your core…

If you understand why you struggle but can’t figure out how to make it different, or if the why is a totally mystery and you have a hard time understanding your own patterns and struggles…

Whatever you are struggling with, you are welcome here.

  • Style

I encourage direct communication and feedback, while also understanding that feedback can be difficult and communication is complicated

Therapy is rarely comfortable, but it can actually feel safe, believe it or not. We’ll work together to figure out what pace and style feel safest for your nervous system

All states and all parts are welcome, even the ones you can’t stand

No experience is too minor or too much - anything you bring to the space is important intel, no matter how seemingly small or impossibly big
